Review for Hotel MA Grand The HOTEL MA GRAND rooms are spacious, neat, and well maintained, and the building, facilities, and overall infrastructure are good. However, there is significant scope for improvement in service quality. The reception experience needs enhancement, and the food quality does not meet expectations. Staff members require better training in hospitality, customer interaction, and service etiquette. While the physical infrastructure is strong, infrastructure alone will not satisfy customers. Consistent service quality, courteous behavior, and good food are equally critical to delivering a complete and satisfying guest experience.

Toilets are clean, closed good parking for car, prompt room service, good restaurant and very good Morning complimentary breakfast with live counter for appam with coconut milk. Definitely would suggest to others and value for money.

Clean rooms and the service was really good 👍 and the breakfast that we had were good too. Additionally I had to come late for brakfast due to some personal reasons but they had waited for additional 30 min to serve us.

Stayed here for a day. Neat rooms, with wifi connectivity. Fast check in. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Car parking facility is a bit restricted. We enjoyed our stay here.
