The property's location was kinda bad, could have been more specifically specified that the hotel is in such and interior side of streets, also the room should have been cleaned nicely The staff was respectful But again, the location and the overall cleanliness of the hotel should be improved. Also the Tv was not working

Terrible Stay
Very costly hotel and poor and delated services. Rooms are just fine but they charge a lot for them. Also the food is very costly and breakfast options are very limited too. Not recommended at all

Amazing view fo balcony. Staff is very helpful. Hotel is very near to City Center and Dalai-lama Temple.

Excellent Stay
The amenities provided, cleanliness and staff behaviour was excellent. The restaurant terrace is excellent place to dine with complete mountain view. One should select the room carefully if want to have mountain view.

It was good situated near market, backside view is good, staff is cooperative, comfortable stay, cleanliness is good, I think little overpriced may be as per location.

Location was nice with rooms overlooking valley. Bathroom commode was not clean. Bathroom floor also not clean. Room service menu not kept in room.

Recommended for the stay
The stay was comfortable and the balcony view was really good. The staff experience was okay. This hotel also has a very good view from its dining area.

Great stay, fantastic food
coupleReaching the hotel was a bit tough but that goes for all the hotels located on the mall road. The view from the room was great, balcony offered a valley and mountain view and great spot to just relax. Staff is very helpful and courteous. They even provided us with a room for a bit to change and freshen up before our return bus. Although the room and dining table were a little dirty upon checkin, they got it cleaned up immediately after i brought this to their notice. Overall a great stay. They also have a rooftop cafe that offers fantastic view of the mountains.

Must visit
Amazing view from the room with warmth and hospitality. All the staff are very kind and ready to provide services. A must place to stay when you want peace, walking from mcleodganj centre point. The top view is amazing with nice and delicious food.

Try not staying even if it's your last option
familyMy overall stay here was pathetic, simply a waste of money. The staff & manager's behaviour isn't good at all. The food is also not good.
