Pleasant stay with cordial reception from the staff. Food served is homemade and delicious. Quiet neighbourhood away from the bustling town crowd.

Comfortable room in a tranquil spot. Clean and hygienic attached bathroom. Caretaker was very helpful and prepared yummy breakfast. Located in a tranquil spot away from hustle bustle of Sidhbari. 15min walk from Norbulinka and the cafés/ dhabas/ restaurants around it.

What a wonderful place to stay in dharamshala! the space was excellent. Clean and spacious rooms with 2 large beds, with all amenities including a fridge and a huge wet room. The balcony stretched around the property with a view of a well maintained garden and the shared terrace had views of the mountains. The staff were so attentive and welcoming. We arrived at 6am and were given entry to our room early with a warm welcome by chunilal who was amazing throughout our stay. The food was delicious, the cater to both veg and non veg. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would have booked for longer if we could.

Karan was a good host, place is also nice for family if you book the whole villa. Only piece of advice would be providing toiletries would make experience a little better. Home cooked food is awesome here, that is something you won't get ordering from zomato.

I can't think of anything negative about Sojourn, The staff is very warm and food is just like home cooked, if you don't want to risk by eating outside or fancy places, Sojourn is The place. They have maintained The property very well and staff treats The guest just like The owners.

We stayed for 2 nights at The Sojourn home stay. The property is located 40 mins away from the center of Mcleodganj. We got deluxe room which had a spacious bedroom with a separate living room that also had a queen size bed. The bathroom was absolutely clean. We also had access to a small kitchenette where one gets an induction and a microwave. The staff was extremely courteous and they served amazing good as well. Overall we had a very pleasant experience.

I'm so thankful to The place. Peaceful environment with water gushing out through The alleys. Well planned infrastructure and hospitality beyond expectations.

Very nice place to stay . Rooms are good . Neat and clean . A kitchen and a dining room amongst three rooms . Kitchen well equipped with microwave oven, fridge, water filter . Staff cooperative . Surely recommend this to others .

Wonderful homestay experience, very courteous and helpful staff. Fresh home like food. Location is a little minus for me as no market around, and gets quite isolated after it's dark in the evening. One can not go out for a stroll as there is nothing outside the hotel. Either one stays in the hotel or finish all your outings and then come back to the hotel. Overall good experience.

A nice hotel. Peaceful environment. Good for those seeking to relax in the lap of nature. Shiva temple nearby. Mcleodganj is some 15 km away from the hotel. A water stream flows just opposite the hotel.

The location of the hotel was good. There is a river near the hotel which makes the location of the hotel amazing. The mountain view from the hotel's window was very good. Food served in the hotel was good and feel like home. Overall the trip was peaceful and amazing.

Every villa in Dharamshala was booked because of India vs south Africa t 20 match. So we ended up booking this villa We knew this villa was quite far from McLeodganj approx 10 km. However the location of the villa was easily accessible. The best part of this property is the home cooked food which they serve and the rooms. The rooms can easily accommodate your friends and family and it can be a perfect host for a in house party when you come back after roaming in McLeodganj. I would recommend this place for a perfect stay in Dharamshala.

Excellent stay best ever villa I stayed. Cleanliness 100. Perfectly located great view of snow capped mountains. Food was awesome especially you can cook your own food with the help of their chef. Staff was very courteous. We book a suite for 2 days room is spacious and very clean especially washrooms. It is a ranch type villa surrounded by green fields in the lap of nature. Hats off to the owner Mr Karan Gupta for a wonderful and memorable stay. Even I suggest Mr Gupta the owner to build same in Goa also. We are planning our next trip to Goa.

When tried to book a hotel in Dharmshala via makemytrip, almost all hotels were booked and could get couple of hotel available for booking and Hotel Sojourn was one of them. Booked it immediately at very attractive price and when checked in, was amazed to see the location of the resort. It was newly built resort and very good services. Situated near mountains and awesome weather. Food quality and test were very good. Very good resort for family also. I would recommend for everybody. Thanks, Sunil

Must go for those who need peace. Service is good, you get a kitchen for basic cooking + microwave + RO + fridge. Views from terrace are mind blowing.. Extremely clean with very polite staff. All and all must visit place for a weekend to relax.

It's location is beautiful, along with well mannered staff and excellent homemade food. Enjoyed my stay at this place, special to mention Vipan g and Normal g. Value for money and would like to stay at this place again.

Rooms are big, clean and very well equipped especially master suit is nice one. Service was good. Breakfast is very tasty. Dinner is limited menu. And slightly costly. Hotel is far away from Dalhousie but no problem if you have your own vehicle.
