Review Of Hotel Naddi Mount View

My stay is good and the staff is very supportive. Hotel terrace has a very good view

The price of the Premium rooms was very overpriced. Looking at the room conditions and amenities provided, it should not be more than 800 Rs per night. They don't even offer complementary mineral water, shampoo, brush, paste, etc. Only one small soap was given. TV was of no use. No kids channels or sports channel was there. Blankets were kept on the floor in drawer and nobody would like to use it because of the conditions. Hot water is provided in limited quantity only and does not match up to premium category. They did not have any chef and make other arrangements to fecilitate breakfast. They charged 500Rs per room for complementary breakfast, but only provided one option like stuffed parathas and tea. For other food options and coffee they said would be chargeable. Even curd was not provided with paranthas. When we called and asked to cancel complementary breakfast and refund the amount, they said they cannot cancel breakfast and refund amount. In stead they promised to provide voucher worth 1200 points, which they didn't provide. No staff was available in reception Counter and most of the time it is empty.

Service is not good Staffs are unprofessional the girl on reception desk know nothing even the location of naddi view point which is at walking distance. naddi view point and sunset point from hotel is just 5mins distance which is really convenient.

The property is located opposite to the Dhauladhar mountain ranges providing spectacular views from the window although breakfast menu is simple without much choice. Amenities mentioned in the package are paid services and not included like water kettle had to be requested, cable television was not recharged only on repetitive requests it was made functional on the 2nd day of stay.

Surround view is awesome. Food was good. Staff are good. Amenities are good. Enjoyed very much. Evening bonfire arrangements were excellent

I love the hotel's location, far from the hustle-bustle of the mcloed ganj. The room was big and quite neat, amenites were good, the washroom was clean. However, i wish there was a water heater as a glass of hot water in cold weather is heaven for me. Anyways, the staff was polite, helpful, and well-mannered.

Hotel naddi view is at very good view point calm and beautiful place. A must place to visit. Mr anil from staff was very helpful and treat customers like real guests. Loved his service. Thank you for making our journey a wonderful experience.

Food was pretty good and the rooms were clean, the staff were very good in responding to changes and requests. Location is scenic but far from city center, highly recommend renting vehicle.

Average hotel good staff location good but room size very small room can accommodate barely two persons

Property is nice and having a great view to the naddi valley! owner is very humble and helpful. We like the food as well.

Premium room very small, not value for money, in same rate i stayed in different hotel, which was double in size, all jugar fitting in bathroom, mint bar, new bed sheet, ac (though not required) better view of mountain view, car parking etc.

From make my trip no more comments please service is good location is good also normal rooms not vip

Rooms were clean although a little small. From the rooftop restaurant you can see the snow clad peaks even in summer. Food options are limited tandoor not functional. But staff are very nice

We had a pathetic experience . By mistake we dropped a bite of pulao on the bedsheet the spot of which is completely washable . Owner was demanding 800 RS for the bedsheet and 350 RS for towel . That's completely rubbish. After paying extra 600 for the damage caused ( which was not even needed as it could be easily washed/ dry cleaned ) . I mean what rubbish it is !! I would not recommend to book a stay at Hotel Naddi Mount view 🙏

The hotel amenities and services was very excellent. Hotel staff and the cook was very humble. I loved my stay at the hotel.

Very good service, staff was very cooperative, good location, beautiful scenic view on roof top. My experience was superb on this hotel
