Review Of AH GRAND VILLA

Decent property with above average service and amenities. Located on a steep inclined road below the Dalai Lama temple, climbing up to the temple or the temple road to visit other places could be a challenge if you are not physically fit. The only great thing about the property is the view from the front facing balconies. Food options are limited. Rooms are quite small for the price they are charging.

Room, bathroom was not clean, view was terrible. Even though I had booked for Mountain View room with balcony, I am could see tin shades. Water seepage/ Damp on room walls. The staff was misbehaving and ill-mannered. Basic amenities like toiletries, tea spoon, napkins etc. were not provided. Not worth the amount paid. They were asking me to cancel the room repeatedly and leave the property without refunding the money. They even told me they will charge me extra for discarding the towel. There were other unsatisfied customers as well. Specially the staff was not ready to cooperate and provide upgradation or complimentary service. Rather they were showing me their old property without any lift. They also wasted my time and spoiled my trip.

Everything was perfect, just that staff could have been bit more active. Also, food arrangements could have been better

Very clean rooms with a view. It is near dalai lama temple and breakfast is included with good quality and large variety. It is walking distance from main market and many cafes as well.

We recently stayed at ah grand villa, enjoying stunning mountain views and a peaceful location away from busy roads. The highlight was the breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxation. Manager nitesh was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always available to assist with any requests. The food was also excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes. Overall, our experience at ah grand villa was exceptional, thanks to the beautiful views, attentive service from manager nitish, and delightful dining options. We can't wait to visit again for another relaxing escape.

It was a nice, cozy and comfortable place for 4. 5k. But some things were missing from the room, which the staff provided immediately upon asking. The view from the room was very nice. The toilet flush was not working properly, that is the main problem we faced. Overall a gud experience.

Overall good, new hotel and polite staff and awesome view from balcony. Food is outstanding and well presentation.
