रूम सर्विस सर्विस बहुत खराब है मेरे वाउचर में कैटल एडेड थी लेकिन मुझे किसी भी रूम में एक भी कैटल नहीं दी गई ।मैने बहुत बार बोला भी लेकिन नहीं दी कैटल,मैने बोला रिसेप्शन पर की पानी खत्म होगया है पीने का ,मुझे बोलता है ये रखा है जग पानी का ले जाओ , दोनों में से किसी भी रूम में टीवी काम नहीं कर रहा था बोला तो बहाने बनाने लगे कि मौसम खराब है ,मुझे ये सर्विसेज न मिलने का कुछ अमाउंट वापिस चाहिए

Poor service ,poor staff attitude problem , room not good as per pictures, not good stay, Not recommended for any one.

worst ever property stay in my life and can't believe that it's through MMT....Unable to understand how could MMT has a tie up with such a pathetic property...No lift, No room service available, no food, not even a telephone or proper drinking water in Hotel...No restaurant facility.. Mu Humble request to all travellers not to book this pathetic property...only photos seem better in booking app...choose diligently...payment extra but do not book this pathetic property ever in your life.

Run down facility. With little staff with no care or regard for customer service. Must not be . must check their ratings

Rooms were good. Location is peaceful and close to naddi view point and sunset point. Service was not up to the mark. Food was not good at all.

It was good stay to have and enjoy the scenic views around the hotel and the places to visit are also good which are nearby to the hotel

The hotel is not any option for food or breakfast. Another there problem of forrest insects in the property

Mattresses were terrible, lights not working, no sanitary items on bathroom, phone not working

When we went to the hotel the whole hotel was empty only two people were present at the hotel that was a house keeping guy and the reception guy no one else the whole hotel was empty no occupancy we left the hotel as soon as possible as not even a single light was on in the hotel and the photos that were present earlier that we saw before booking the room was not offered it was a completely different room terrible terrible experience won't book again we didn't stay there we fled as soon as possible it was really suspicious to stay a night there.

Nice location, easy approach road, well behaved and courteous staff, good foods available, bed and bedding neat and clean, car parking available. Good hospitality. Worth staying

Stay was good and comfortable with all amenities. It has great view of mountains from the room where we stayed. Staff is also good and polite. Liked the courtesy of ashish rana, who arranged us dinner at our request and short notice after the ind vs nz match even after restaurant closing hours. Thumbs up for him. Checkin and checkout smooth.

Its is situated at an offbeat location very peaceful and serene rooms were clean and staff was polite

Hygiene and hospitality were good. Booked the mountain view room but there was no such thing as the hotel was under construction. We could only see the city view with houses and ongoing construction. Disappointed with the misguided mountain view for which we paid extra bucks

Ac was not there, lights were not working, dirty towels, bedsheets, no sleepers, no toothbrush & paste. No bin.

Awesome place n location, must stay at the hotel food nnstaff was really nice. And helpful l specially the guy at the reception nice chap.

Don't avail food along with room. They will not provide sufficient food. Rooms are not upto the mark and totally different from images available.

Bad Hotel : = In room dining : We reached the hotel around 5 PM no tea, food was available. The staff said you have to go outside we don't have anything. Bad Staff Behaviour : The bell boy/kitchen staff was pathetic they aske dus to carry our bag too rooms on second floor, they said no tea or in room dining available. Amenities shown not available : As shown in the pics there are a lot of toiletries available like toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo etc but only a small hand wash soap was provided for 2 days stay. Insects : There were insects in the room we asked them to spary the mosquito spray but not one did anything No Support: We had faced an issue in our car so we have asked the hotel to arrange a mechanic and they said we don't know anyone. We asked them to arrange any vehicle so that we can go in the market to look for help but no support provided. I have contacted the property owner but support was provided by him also he said i am in other hotel and busy with guests

Room are not good staff behaviour not good

Rooms are smelly , they didn't care of any cleanliness. Only reception section is looks good . Rooms are in very bad condition . Food is very delicious.

1. Worst experience ever i had. Worst food quality rooms are unhygienic, dirty. Look at the towels. Images itself speaks
