Location was near to the market place and center of the market

A good Hotel to stay only if you want to be at centre of Town and have a tension free parking, everything is available there and the restaurant at Hotel serves good food.

Great location right in the center of Macloedganj with ample parking space. You won't get these two options in any of the other properties.

Excellent hotel, the location where you can roam freely till 10 pm. Food is good.

Near main market good if want to stay with family more over food is good but service is slow

Nothing was good in this Hotel. They are charging so much but it's not Worth for per day also. Small rooms, no service at all. Lethargic Govt staff. I advise not to stay in this Hotel. It's a waste of money.

TV hardly worked. For afternoon checking TV started working after 9. 30 pm. Canteen is missing between 10 PM and about 8 AM. Where do you go if you need tea during these hours, that too in winter. Reception lights were off at about 10.30. At least they need to have night duty staff. Pure sarkari attitude, following their internal rules.
Good location, but poor stay. No tea after 10 PM and before 8 am. Staff was good, but overall not so good. Left one day early inspire of advance booking.

Good location as in the heart of Mcleodganj.

Rooms were not very good as per the traif.

Although there were very limited mountain view due to high rise buildings nearby but overall hospitality was more than satisfactory. Food is excellent. Staffs are very friendly.

Nice stay and excellent atmosphere.

We stayed one night for a short visit. Did not try the restaurant. Service is excellent. Staffs are friendly, efficient, and helpful. No copy facility in their office so the staff use his own mobile to picture our passport for registration purpose which is very unprofessional. It's about privacy and personal data security.

It's close to H.H. Dalailama main temple and many restaurants and Tibetan shops around. Very convenient. Warm reception and good service. Parking is easy. Building in a good spot with good views. Bed sheet is not clean enough. Seems to me that they don't replace fresh bed sheet nor duvet cover after every custom's stay.
Many monkeys jumping on the roof. It's a room in the woods and so it's inevitable.

It was nice, still have the chances of improvement.

TV did not work, repair work was not done even though we followed up.

Staff was cooperative Location is very good very near to mall road. Staff was very cooperative. Food was good. Rooms were neat and clean. Hotel is value for money. Hotel has a parking. Hotel rooms were big.
