Review Of Hotel M & Resort

Visited with family during early jun e and had a great stay except for the weather which was unnaturally very warm and hampered our overall experience. What went well - 1. Location in main market. 2. Big spacious rooms and washroom. 3. Great food quality and taste, portion size also good, but slightly on the higher side. 4. Service was bang on, no complaints. 5. Big balcony with good views. Areas of improvement - 1. Washroom fittings were loose in my room, we managed somehow. 2. Food prices can be slightly lowered down. We requested for customised food orders and every request was honored, showing great customer centric behaviour. Special mention to mr. Char-an singh and mr. Anil sharma (front desk, mr. Ashwin and mr. Rishi (restaurant, entire housekeeping staff. A definite recommend from my end. Thank you.

Condition of room was poor and washrooms were in pathetic condition

Hotel is located at main area and very easy to travel. Clean and nice with good view point. Overall good experience

My night suit left at room but hotel is denying to it. Kindly help me in that. I have tried contacting the hotel but they are not accepting. This is not a professional attitude by them

1. Room was non-ac. that was not clearly mentioned even though this was deluxe room. 2. Corridor was full of cigerette smoke. Not suitable for families. 3. No morning tea service available before 8. 30 am. 4. Casual attitude from staff. We had requested for extra mattress in room. Staff brought mattress by dragging it through floor and kicking it. Water jugs were unclean and had visible particulate matters in drinking ro water.

Hotel are not good in condition washroom is also dirty i waste my money for book room from make my trip i never do again

Property is ok, rooms are not maintained properly location is good near to main square in the market hospitality is average, staffs are non cooperative and are generally arrogant except the reception staff. Restaurant staff and especially manager have no concerned for the feel good of the costumers. Gm is good and cooperative nice person.

Right on the mall road, easy access to basic needs and popular tourist spots. Go for treks and do visit kangra fort

Value for money and very good location, it’s apt for any budget traveller and yet provide all the amenities and gives a quick access to the mall road

The food and location was good. But the hotel laces cleanliness as the rooms were not clean and the staff was very rude and mannerless

Horrible experience. Dirty and used bedsheet linen. No hot water in our room no 609. Clogged w/c i. E. Commode. After a lot of complain they altered our room on next day. This hotel is mm t assured, how funny!
