The room was smelling of cheap phenyl the whole time. The curtains were very very dirty. The wardrobe had broken handles. I had to ask them 4 times for toiletries and the manager said I am busy each time!!!! Awful experience to stay. It's an old property and needs renovation ASAP. Not worth the price paid

It was good hotel with some basic amenities. Car parking was hotel's best thing, car parking was good and safe. I didn't try their food. Their behave was not bad, not good. Just Ok. For deluxe room I gave it 3 stars. Price were little bit costly.

Cleanliness of the rooms was poor. Bedsheet and pillows were stained. Dust was everywhere. The food of the hotel was average except the tea and sandwiches. At such a price at least air conditioners are must. It was a 1 or 1.5 star hotel Hotel provided us a cab for sight seeing which was ok and not so expensive Overall it was costly for the amenities

The location of the hotel is rubbish. The food in the restaurant is very good. The hotel management has no responsibility despite the booking in the hotel beforehand. Call them at night but they do not pick up the phone. The person sitting at the reception in the night shift is completely drunk. There is a big problem of parking in this hotel. Their employee is very rude. After check out, this manager's behavior is not good with the customer.

The stay was good, but one thing which needs to be add-on by the hotel staff is blower/ heater. As the hotel is located at the top of the hill where after last light the wind becomes more cold. Else everything was fine and satisfactory

Horrible experience

No lift, no room cleaning, charged 500 per night for heater and then there was power cut so had to sleep in freezing room, they didn’t even clean the room when we went out.

stay at the hotel holiday hill, dharamshala was great! the premium room had a lovely view of the mountains and pine trees, had hot water 24x7 and room service was good too. while breakfast options were few, food was hot and tasty. the only drawback is that they charge ₹500 for providing a room heater per day which should be complimentary in winters. overall staff was courteous and helpful. recommended for family with kids too.

This was my first trip through mmt, we really enjoyed our trip, had a comfortable stay at hotel, hospitality was good, had a warm welcome, food quality was also good, room service was also very good.

Not happy with mm t and hotel. We book two room but one room was too small not good for two adult and one kid. First mm t told us they will upgrade the room later then denied.
