Hotel Pine View

Wonderful experience.Hotel staff was good and rooms were clean.

Every thing is ok but hotel staff didn't even give me a towel.

The hotel provides ac, tea kettle and tea kit only in super deluxe rooms and has only 2 deluxe rooms with valley view which is also not great as it faces the plain side of dharamshala. Tv recharge was done only after asking repeatedly and only star sports was given, overall it is an expensive hotel when compared to the amenities provided. The room was clean, room service was provided on time, it has a big parking space so no trouble for parking the vehicle, food is good and tasty.

The rooms were clean and comfortable the only thing that needed improvement was the food. Otherwise it was okay

The stay and cleanliness was good but the food was not good.

I have booked deluxe room but they provided regular room. After putting all my efforts they didn't give me balcony room and also the latch of bathroom was not working. I don't have a good experience there, will never book again and will not recommend to anyone

All the bed sheets and blankets are not clean and also they take much time for preparing our food despite that we are the only one in the restaurant.

Food rates compete five star hotel. Expensive

The hotel was not upto the mark for the money they charged. The cleanliness was below average. Even the small things like tooth paste, comb etc not provided by hotel. Also looks like they had limited staff to cater to their guests.

Hotel was good as infrastructure, room was hygiene but food was terrible and also expensive.

It’s a new property. I stayed for 3 days. Room was clean and hygienic. Food was good and economical. I loved their masala chicken.
