We booked this hotel and then when we reached hotel the manager says that he won't allow us to stay if we don't pay them money directly to them and will not accept the payment done. We paid the full amount and there would have been no refund since the check in time had already ticked. We had to stay in the lobby for around an hour calling customer care to solve our problem, even the manager was not ready to listen to the customer care. But at last, the customer care official called on to the property owner, and then the manager allowed us. The location is worst, basically, it's in a village not in Bhubaneswar city. There is only one worker apart from the manager so you know there is no one to serve you and so when you call in the reception to bring things they don't respond properly. The bathrooms were also very dirty. Moreover don't believe the photos that they have uploaded since just for the sake of photos they have cleaned the room. Ultimately the conclusion is that there cannot exist a worst hotel than this one. If you want to put some mental pressure on your head then you can surely visit this hotel, cause I got a lot of headaches dealing with the hotel manager. Moreover, the funny thing is after treating us this way the hotel manager calls me and asks me to give good rating. I don't know how someone can be this. But yeah here's my honest review.
