The worst experience I have ever faced was at this hotel. They initially refused to accept my MMT booking. I had to contact customer care, and it took nearly an hour to get the issue resolved. After that, the receptionist told me to wait as the room was being cleaned. I waited for about 20 minutes, and then I noticed the owner’s contact number and called him. Only then did the receptionist, who was sleeping on a bed near the reception area, wake up and hand over the key. He appeared to be drinking and watching TV at that time. I realized they were intentionally delaying my check-in.
When I finally entered the room, the AC was not working, and there were no towels or soap provided. I had to keep requesting these basic amenities repeatedly. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
