Very terrible

I had high expectations for this place, the good things were, the place was okay. But the management the staff was like they were high all times. The rules of non smoking are just a lie

Toilet and bed were not maintained properly, it looked so shabby and Neva felt like using them

Toilet are like public toilets , they never wash or maintain.

Changed my dorm in middle of night, vibe was not there at all, drinking water and tap water finished in between , they have given me room close to washroom

People were smoking illegal items inside the property

I was made to wait for so long for my stay. very unhygienic and unclean

recently stayed at Zostel Koramangala, booking a 6-bed mixed dorm exclusively for my group. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and the reception staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself had AC and a hot water facility in the bathroom, which was a plus. However, my experience was far from perfect. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and despite requesting the cleaning staff to clean it properly, it remained unclean. Worse, the cleaning staff entered our room multiple times without knocking, which felt intrusive and disrespectful. The common area was messy, filled with dust, and cluttered with old chappals and shoes. Despite paying a higher price for a private dorm, we were told the door key wouldn’t be provided because it was a “common dorm,” which makes no sense considering we had booked the entire dorm for ourselves. Additionally, the common toilet was extremely unclean, which is unacceptable given the amount we paid. Hygiene should be a priority, especially in shared accommodations like this. To sum it up, while the amenities like AC and hot water were decent, the lack of cleanliness and professionalism from the cleaning staff seriously impacted our stay. This place has potential, but they need to improve their hygiene standards and respect guests’ privacy.

Excellent property, ideal for budget friendly travels, very clean facilities.

My stay at Zostel Koramangala was good. The person at the reception was polite and helpful. He helped me with local eateries and cafés and even suggested evening plans. The bed provided was comfortable and AC was ON full day. The restroom was clean and hygienic. In-house cafe was missing/ not operational. In-cafe was not available

it was very good experience, but only the issue was about the food where we do not have option of food inside zostel. generally we fo have but here it was missing which I was wondering if there was an option it would be great

Zostel is the best in the segment. Helpful staff, great vibe, prime location and lots of memories

Location is good in kormangala, decent workspace, good common room. Overall a good place for both fun and workation

Washrooms were not clean to be honest, rest everything was upto the mark. It is located in a central location with easy connectivity from public and private transport.

Good place to stay and easy check-in and check-out. It could be more like they could provide basic things like towels etc. Rest the stay was good.
