    Very bad hotel

    I never stayed at such a worse hotel before. No cleanliness. No bath towel. No body lotion or soap. Bathrooms are cleaned. Overall i can't rate even 1. Terrible experience.

    It was very uncomfortable. Thought prior payment our rooms were given to others. And the staff were unprofessional and unresponsive. We had to spare our 3 hrs of time to the inconveniences caused by the residence people during our vacation with family was very bad and disappointed
