MEGHNA RESIDENCY

One Window Mirror is missing and Instead of table there is only one teapoy.

The property room is not cleaned. Location is very near to temple Facilities is very poor They are not providing any kind food or even Break fast

Room is not cleaned properly... But overall behavior of staffs is good

Property's location was very good. Walkable distance from north entrance of padmanabha swamy temple. Walkable from main bus stations and railway station. Nearby vegetarian restaurants . Little bit more maintainance is required. However it is a good budget hotel.

We booked an AC room, but the AC was not working. We informed the staff about the F6 error, but they only checked it and didn’t make any effort to fix it. As a result, we had to sleep the whole night without AC. If the AC wasn’t working, why should we have to pay for an AC room? The room was also not clean, and the customer service was the worst. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Lot of mosquitoes and no speed for fan. Not happy. Decent location to nearby places

Location is good but Fan was not working properly and so many mosquitoes that we can’t to sleep all night. When we asked can you plz change the room he replied no he can’t. Very disappointing 5

Location is good but facilities and food is average

No food available in property, in bed sheets and toilets are not be clean, since I was staying just for a night, it was ok for me..

The hotel rooms which they showed in pitcher and the actual rooms are not same , they don't have WiFi, and the rooms it self feels as a ghost rooms, particularly the neatness of rooms are terrible , they didn't even clean the bed or floor , its so dirty and so many messy things on the floor and so.many personal items after use , . It's horrible 😞. And the smell , 😫 😩 very bad smell entire the property

In meghna residency is not like as picture show. Bathroom door is brocken. Windows are broken that's y all mosquitoes in to the room. No wifi for customers. They shown wifi available on their profile. Bathrooms are not clean also room is. Bed is a not a proper one. Terrible experience in meghna residency. I will rate 5%out of 100

Very bad

The stay at meghna residency was terrible to the core. No latch in the bathroom door, when informed on reception they said nothing can be done about it. To toiletries, towels were provided. Room cleanliness was even worse with cockroaches around. Ac was not working. Totally a terrible experience

The hotel is near by padbhanabaswamy temple, room are clean and good. An average stay hotel with minimal amenities

Sure, the room has so many mosquitoes and some insects on the bed. Some of them bit-ed us causing rashes on the skin. And the hotel is allowing 3 members for a very small room where only 2 people can fit in. Room is not at all sufficient for 3 people.

stay was terrible. room is so small to even walk. they have mentioned they have wifi, but its not available in any rooms. when i asked them they said they haven't mentioned it's available in the rooms. wifi is only available in reception.. this doesn't make any sense to me. do not book this property. i am sure you will be disappointed. all the facilities they have mentioned

We Have faced many difficulties and very bad experience regarding the stay due to that our travel plans also got cancelled coz next day is our Railway tickets are already booked..  NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL the following issues regarding accommodation: 1) We have booked Double bed room and the bed was too small like single bed. 2) We are staying in couple and the window glass is also broken and window was not able to close.. that is considered in a privacy problem.  3) They have provided only two towel for five person..  4) they have mentioned 48 types of different facilities on make my trip application.. and in physical there is not a single facility available. 5)The lizard was also in the room. there is not enough hygiene in the room. 6)I will not going to use make my trip again. bcz we trusted on u and booked so it is your responsibility to give resolution and response in case any problem your customer faced.
