The staff was incredibly nice and humble. I was able to check in early for a very nominal charge. The deluxe room was lovely, with sunlight streaming through the windows. It included a table and chairs, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The hotel's hospitality was exceptional. The staff was very supportive and engaging; they even helped me with some last-minute printing when I was running late. I was particularly impressed by a small, separate area where guests could refill their water bottles with a complimentary RO water dispenser and use an electric kettle. This kind of service is rarely seen today. My only minor concern was the cleanliness of the first bedsheet I received, but when I asked the staff to change it, they did so immediately without any hesitation. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to booking here again on my next visit to Thiruvananthapuram.

Nice, clean, well maintained rooms. Courteous, cheerful and helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay. Be aware though that there's no in house restaurant or kitchen, although the staff will recommend good restaurants in the area and both swiggy and zomato deliver.

The property stay was really polite, friendly and professional. The rooms were quite clean but it had an odor of moisture but not too much. The drinking water was clean and the toilets were neat and clean.

Clean rooms, water purifier in the floor was a great addition. Cordial staff. location was difficult for cab drivers and we had to walk towards the road for accurate Gmap location.

Room was well maintained. Services were good. Its nearby to the Airport and other attractions in the area.

It is better not to book a non ac room during hot weather as it is very hot. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bedroom was also very clean and the staffs were very friendly

The stay was wonderful. Place was near kms hospital, so it was very accessible. Very neat and clean rooms. The bedsheet was a little stained along the sides, but nothing too bad. Had a great time though. I also appreciate that they sold water bottles there, was nice having access to that without going outside.
