Terrible Stay
No water since i checked in. Ac was not working, same temperature when i checked in and checked out. The property is away from the location. There's no name board or any signs of the hotel. It took an hour for me to find the hotel. Ruined my sleep.

Terrible Stay
My experience was just terrible in this hotel. 1. Firstly receptionist has denied to provide me the room which I have already booked because they said it is not available. 2. They charged me the extra 900 Rupees for an available deluxe room. 3. They were not supportive at all. I had to wait for 2 hours to get my room at 2:30 Am in Night. 4. No telephone available, no AC and geeser installed as I had to take shower from cold water. 5. No breakfast provided at my checkout time. 6. Also, delay in providing me the invoice after making many texts /calls. Still not received. This is worst experience I have ever had with the OYO rooms.
