Over-all it's a decent place, but only specific to the locality. It's south west delhi so everything is accessible. Rooms are clean. The only drawback is hot water. There's no hot water at all. Rest it's a definitive recommendation.

family with 4 kidsWithout prior information they changed the Hotel from Hotel Palm to Hotel Spring. Hotel springs room’s condition was very bad. Rusted shower and taps.

familyHotel changed our rooms from palm grand to palm springs without any notification. There was no restaurant in the hotel, even though it is mentioned. Washrooms are dirty, rusted. Not worth to recognize as a 4 star hotel.
