Review Of Hotel O Shivam Residency

I am sharing my honest experience towards this hotel 1. Firstly on reaching to the property, the man on the reception charged me extra money Rs 310/- citing various reasons saying that rate is updated on checking at hotel .as full money for room was paid by me online and invoice for same was generated by Make my trip. Complaint to make my trip customer care was done for extra charging. I am glad that extra charges money has been refunded by Make my trip. 2. Secondly on make my trip, hotel is shown as Hotel Shivam O residency, however on reaching to the property the hotel runs with two different names . Townhouse Anmol residency and Townhouse Shivam residency which is an illegal thing. And all QR codes are available on Townhouse Anmol residency. 3. Hotel is only a room of 10x 10 feet with one mirror one television and one air conditioner. There is no wardrobe or hanger for clothes hanging neither any table or chair in the room. Where the luggage and clothes to be kept ...Bed is only for sleeping not for keeping the luggage. 4. There is no sleeper or toiletries provided and also the running water pressure was also very slow and no water in the mixture tap. 5. There is no mode of communication in the room for calling the hotel boy or helper for anything. U need to walk from the fourth floor to the basement for telling anything. There is no lift also in the hotel. 6. In my view I don't prefer to go to such hotel in near future and also suggest make my trip that such hotels should be removed from your list . Thanks 🙏

The receptionist asked for extra money in the came of conversation fees as the booking was done but hotel is listed on oyo. bad experience please don't book

Its a scam!! I wasn’t allowed to check in even after i showed the receipt!!
