Review Of Hotel O Shibani & Suhani

I had booked a room and confirmed twiice that room has been booked. But after reaching property owner denied to give room it was around 11. 30 pm. Tried to convinced him but he refused to give. Later he said that if you will give rs. 1500 then i can give you. How is it possible that i had booked room he does not have but when i will pay rs. 1500 he has room. I had conversation with cs till 4. 30 am but did not get any resotion for room. But cs committed that my amount will be refund as i did not get any room. This is the worst experince that i will also share on socila media platform. Now my request is to return may paid amount
