very very poor, Bad behavior all enter hotel team food price very high......

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room condition was nowhere close to what was shown in the photos online – it was poorly maintained and not worth the price charged. On top of that, the counter staff asked for an extra even though I was checking in at the hotel’s standard check-in time, which felt completely unjustified. Such practices create mistrust with guests. Definitely not a place I would recommend unless they improve their service and transparency.

It is a nice place, no disturbance, go with superior room + breakfast. Breakfast was very nice..... dinner or lunch was expensive

It was a very bad experience. The room was not as per the praise of the hotel. The bathroom was very small and there were only a few items in the complimentary breakfast menu. Overall it was a waist of money

Hotel is not good my booking was for premium room kind size bed. But they provided me executive room of twin bed. Food was served cold and unhygienic. Roti was also served cold. Mineral water was not provided after 10. 30pm

It was quite a good experience. But i would suggest to fix a wifi, so that any guest could binge watch and enjoy their stay more.

Smelly washroom which wasn’t cleaned for more than a couple of hours after we checked in. Dirty and soiled blankets which were not changed even after repeated requests. Food served by room service appeared to be stale and of inadequate quantity. Very entitled staff which feels they are doing us a favour by bringing us extra plates and bowls even though they were made aware of the number of guests. Won’t recommend anyone to visit this place. Not worth the money.

There was an electricity breakdown and the manager wanted us to stay in some poor hotel till it got settled and move us back then and since we just had landed in bhubaneswar and next 3 days were packed for us we asked him to refund money so that we cud stay at some hotel continuously for next 4 days and he was totally unprofessional cunning and inconsiderate

Location is superb, foods are little bit costly but service and behavior of staff are excellent. I recommended must try once as services are key factor here which is up to the mark.

My stay was very pleasant. The staff were really courteous and polite. The food was good. The room was well kept. They even have ample parking space. This type of experience is what a customer seeks. Overall i had a very good stay.

It's an old hotel located centrally. The facilities are a bit old and need maintenance but overall a decent stay for the price

The property is well located and the entrance and lobby area is clean. But the room condition was very bad. The ac unit was throwing dust with a bad smell and the room was with spider webs, mosquitoes all around. The bathroom was also not cleaned and there was no hot water

I was looking for decent hotel in bhubaneswar. I found the saaj hotel. Hotel was very neat and clean. Staffs were very cooperative. It’s value for money. Overall stay was pleasant and i would like to recommend this hotel to everyone.

Every thing good, nice location, good response, staffs are good morning breakfast not good and much expensive, water leakage noticed basin, commode etc inside washroom

Plumbing services are not good, hotel gallery environment not good. Room is ok

The most commendable thing is its cleanliness and the staff behaviour. I would highly recommend to stay here. The location was also very convenient.

The hotel had courteous staff. Fair spread of the morning breakfast. Courteous housekeeping. The only caveat was that they didn't have the towels, nor the soaps, nor the dental kit pre-arranged in the rooms, we had to ask them for those and they were prompt in providing them. But do not expect a star hotel accommodation. Worth every penny though. But be prepared with limited parking space in the open, no covered parking available. Also it happens to be in a very busy road so that was a hassle for us to drive on to the main road from the approach lane.

Hotel is well maintained. Neat and clean. Staff is helpful. Located almost equidistant from railway station as well as airport

Room was not cleaned. Specially washroom. Food quality was too bad that's why i was effected stomach infection. Plz talk to hotel management. Hotel is very bad.
