Disgusting hotel
Worst worst experience, no towel, no drinking water, no soap, no wifi, nothing in so call service, make my took payment saying breakfast included and the hotel manger does not what is break fast included mean. Mmt took money for food and not provide
very much up-est. Mmt stop recommending such hotel dont look at your business point of view, you think for your costumer. Wont be using mm t again.

Terrible stay
Even at 1 am loud music was playing without taking care of guests. Dirty bedsheet and pillow. Geyser not working. Overall worst experience

Poor customer service
Sanitisation for the room was done when I asked for it. Not hand sanitizer available at the time of check in. Room cleaning was not up to the mark

businessResponse of staff too delay. There is no OYO toilet kit in room I asked for that 5 time but not provide to me. Next day kit provide after again asked. Water problem, they change room next day.

Bad service
I booked hotel advanced and check-in time was 12. 00 pm, I reached the hotel at 1:30 Pm and still room were not ready.

We could only use the room for less than an hour. Disappointed, staff misguided to check-out. Couldn't use room.

Could have been better
Firstly, I was denied check in due to miscommunication between mmt and hotel. After few minutes of talking to customer care and the reception when I finally checked in, it was a bit disappointed to find out that the wash-room had no curtains per say and there were no teabags milk powder sachets provided. Just a kettle although what it would be used for is questionable. Apart from all this, cleanliness was good and stay was pleasant.
