Poor Stay
First of all I wasnt given a stay in De Clark, I was sent to SR palace (another hotel walking distance) stating that its also our property. and that hotel was really bad rooms were shabby....bed sheet dirty....broken and stinky washroom. broken mirror. no kettle in the room. no tea coffee.... staff was humble

Sorry For inconvenience you faced but you booked for an Standard Room with free wifi only and unfortunately ac was not working that date for your room so for the sake of customer either to give you without ac room or deny for your booking we shifted to our another property and give you the standard room as per your payment we received for room (i.e Rs.900) but if you free bad you just talk to manager and they upgraded your room to Deluxe one. at last we keep in mind next time your visit

Wonderful experience staying at this hotel.room was neat & clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Location is very near to Airport.

Very loud noises, no chance of sleep
Room was okay, bathroom was good but there was too much construction noises so couldn’t sleep at all. No windows. Mattress also was in bad condition.

Average recommended . stay only if you don’t have a choice.
Food was OK. Stay was OK. Reception was terrible. Location OK. Need to improve curtsey . Shouldn’t offend customer.

Average Stay
The property is decent, it is still under construction. There are a lot of areas for improvement. The ac was totally covered in dust. The wardrobe was not clean.

Average Stay
Hote location was good. But room size was small and not arranged properly, we saw washroom water coming out inside room even if we take shower for kids. However food quality was good

Poor Stay
Hotel room seemed to be preoccupied by someone before us, the bed sheet was untidy with hair on it, room was average n not worth the charge we paid, overall below average experience.
