Hotel has denied this booking saying they had not received any such booking and taken total amount again from me, very poor service. First mm t to return my booking amount first

Service was excellent, and the staff were very good. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We were very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Cockroaches in the room
Room was full. Of coacroaches and flies. The floor was dirty. The hotel is not safe for families, across the day, u will notice couples(local) coming for an hour and leaving.

Value for money
Good hotel, nice and clean. Few draw backs. Small rooms, poor quality of breakfast. But service of hotel is good.

Peaceful stay but not so good food
Good couple friendly hotel and not so far from Hadapsar area. Decent staff and services. However, the food taste was not upto mark. Also restaurants Around don't offer much. Overall pleasant stay and Worth visiting again.
