taff were polite and helped us with directions. Got early check-in without much hassle. Local commute was super easy from the hotel. Everything was smooth, right from check-in to check-out. The rooms were bright and cozy, with plenty of space. Washrooms were clean and stocked. Staff behavior was warm and friendly, and the food tasted absolutely fresh and flavorful.

All the facilities were good, if we talk about food then there is no facility of food in this hotel, for food there is a tiffin service 300 meters away, we can go there and eat. Water is available 24 hours, rest it is AC, there is fan, there is lift, these are all the facilities.

poor hotel with rude
they charged us an extra 1200 rs. rude staff. poor room hygiene. please take a strict action against them.

The room was unhygienic, with no lock on the doors, insects all over the room and washroom, and a broken toilet.

Terrible Stay
Entire experience was so pathetic that i dont have words to express. The location was bad. The reception was terrible and receptionist was beyond ugly and unhygienic. Rooms was smelling like hell. Cleaning was not done properly. Cigarette filters were inside the room. Bedsheets was not cleaned. No basic facilities like soap, towel, dental kit was been provided. There is no landline to connect with reception. no wifi. Location and hotel is not safe for womens at all. strongly not recommended from my side.

Terrible Experience.
TV wasn't working, Geyser wasn't working and After I have opted for breakfast they just told that kitchen is closed no breakfast.
