location is good, amenities was extent, no kitchen in hotel, parking is very narrow and risk to park vehicle.

Excellent Stay
The rooms are cozy enough for a 3-4 days stay, the staff is excellent and very welcoming! At this budget definitely a wise option, the location is very prime as it’s very close to Chhatrapati sambhaji udyaan metro station and being on the main JM road makes it even more perfect! Breakfast was very homely overall a great option for budget travellers

Dear Guest , Thank You for your feed back we are sorry for any inconvenience caused to you during your stay , 1) Hot and cold water are available , we didn't receive any call for the same or we would have assisted you on the same .. 2) Bisleri , yes we provide 1 liter complimentary daily per stay and after that if one needs mineral water then it is chargeable . We do provide RO water in JUG but if guest wants bisleri only then naturally it is chargeable as we do not provide unlimited bisleri.. We asked you the same and you ordered for bisleri only which was already informed to you so it would be unfair on us to write as it would be misguiging other guests . we are happy that you liked our rooms and service and we hope you give us a chance to serve you again . Poor Stay
Commod sheet was broken. Room flooring was of carpet and it was broken. There was no in house restaurant.
