it was totally terrible experience next time i’ll think first before booking any hotel, - when i reached hotel there was no electricity no lights in the hotel, receptionist told me that go to room 211 no one guided me where ia room no. 211 - there was no room key provided to me. - bed-sheet was completely dirty. there is no option to contact to receptionist or room service from room. 02 contact numbers were pasted on the door both not working. - ac not working, no remote control given to me - room completely dirty - no water supply in the washroom - receptionist again and again asking me that how much you paid. also they were not aware that how to receive booked customers. - -
