It would have been nice if the breakfast was served in a common area instead of in the room, that way it would have been nice and hot, however the food was good.

Hotel is rated a poor 1 out of 5 by user. Owner put up a new name to get any paying guests. the hotel is NOT suitable for non-locals. my stay was marred by no water in bathroom. no WiFi. poor Comms form staff. asked to pay cash on top of online payment at check on. breakfast time and selection very limited 9 am to 10 am. you get 2 aloo prontas and a tea for the Rs 200. just outside in shop you can get this for Rs50. you eat in reception in plain sight of entry door or in you room. ordered breakfast and was late to collect so staff ate it. the room is just passable. was clean, had TV. the room had plastic deck chairs as furnishings. the outside space supposed balcony was filthy, has a another building blocking 80 of the balcony ( you could touch the other building) the doors were locked. I am seriously unhappy with this experience. I will contact support for a full refund. Avoid booking here. Hotel not to be trusted.

Hotel Available at Address is Different. Then carried to Actual hotel by motorcycle. Hotel is clean and punctual service. Provide Taxi for Airport . but do not give receipt. Do not provide basics like bath Soap. Shower was non functional. AC was switched off in Night.

I would like to report an issue regarding my recent booking at Hotel Golden Tower. The hotel was not located at the pinned address shown on the website. We searched for the hotel for over 1 hour and 30 minutes, and repeatedly tried calling the provided contact number, but no one answered. Eventually, we found a hotel after a long search, but it was not named Hotel Golden Tower, nor did it match the listed address. When I raised this concern, the manager asked us to wait for half an hour. After the wait, he took us to another hotel (photo attached), which again was not the Golden Tower nor located at the listed address. Since we were exhausted from our journey, we decided to stay there. However, the amenities were disappointing. No complimentary water was provided, and only two parathas and tea were given, served in unhygienic containers. Additionally, the air conditioner stopped working around 3:00 AM every day, and upon complaining, the manager claimed there was no power. We do not have any complaints about the service offered by the staff at the place we eventually stayed. However, our main concern is that Hotel Golden Tower does not exist at the stated location, which is misleading and unacceptable. I request that you take appropriate action according to your policies and ensure that such issues are not faced by future travelers.
