Charged extra even after booking on mm t
When i reached hotel i was asked to make payment of rupees 1000 extra, even though i booked the hotel through mm t application and made all the payments. And i when i refused to make payment they asked me to leave the place. But at the end they said ok pay 550 more. Really don't know on what ground they did so. I want to make request to mm t either please keep rates updated on the app or please guide us what to do in such situations. And regarding room. They were dirty. Hotel really lacks security you will not feel safe at any point.

Worst experience
Taken 500 extra for the same room, since i arrived with family so that i couldn't complaint to mmt. You are requested to refund my 500 rs. To my account. And also suggest mmt must ban this type of hotels. Otherwise future of the mmt will be very dark.

Worst services, the kitchen was closed during my stay and hotel refused to provide food, service is poor, phone not working

Terrible experience i had, no safety measures were taken, the mattress was not clean, shower handles were broken, no privacy, i had to change my room because the boys in the next were disturbing a lot, no security !
