Comfort level was excellent! the setting was so tranquil

I had a dreadful experience with hotel rajyog, where the staff, particularly the manager, displayed a complete lack of manners and hospitality. Despite having made a successful booking through makemytrip for march 15, 2024, my attempt to check in early on the morning of march 16 was met with outright hostility. The manager began shouting at me, insisting that early check-in was not permitted before 11 am and that i would have to pay extra for it. Despite my efforts to explain that my booking was for the day before, he refused to listen and continued to raise his voice. He didn’t even allow me to step inside the hotel. As a result, i was forced to leave at 4 am and find accommodation elsewhere. It was a horrendous experience, and i want to share it to ensure that others are aware of this unacceptable behavior and hopefully, prompt the hotel to recognize and correct its mistake.

The staff here are awesome! friendly, courteous, and always helpful.

The location in google map is different than actual and they tried not to allow bookings, They charge more thin actual and the checkout timings is also 10 am

When i reach to the hotel owner denied by saying all rooms are booked. Owner clearly said that no rooms available, all rooms are booked who will return the money. It's is dirty, everyone sleeping at the counter
