Ac not working and toilet return waste. Totally unsatisfied and more difficulty while stayed. How to collect extra paid rs1000

Hello, i have booked 2 rooms with air conditioner and paid full amount But they have given normal rooms without air conditioners and they behaved very annoying and even they didn’t give any water and room are not maintained well. Really it is a very worst experience for me.

I book the room one day before but my check in time i go the hotel. Manager told sorry sir room already booked now rooms not available. But already i pay the amount so totally waste.

They hotel management said your booking not confirmed even we don’t have any room all rooms are full

Before check in the hotel. I have paid cash rs 500 extra payment in the hotel. Already i have done my payment. I feel very bad experience in this hotel. I didn't take photo because i don't have camera mobile.

one of the worst decision it was to book that hotel after i reach there are telling me there no option as classic room and don't pay them money so only amount paid i have to pay 1000 extra.

1. Ownera and manager didn't accept online booking and asked for extra charges besides online payment 2. Too dirty and unhygienic rooms and smelly bathrooms3. Didn't respect and properly deal with customer.

he collected extra money from us and gave only two rooms but we booked four rooms, though we talked very politely but they were very rude to us. Thank you. Since last 15 years i am booking and it is worth upto 20 lakhs. This is my worst experience in your booking. Kindly refund the booking amount, as soon as possible.

Very very bad. Waste of time and money

One the worst experience, dirty rooms, filthy linen, bathroom stinky with cockroaches, it was a nightmare to have spent 4 hours in this hotel. Totally unprofessional behaviour, hotel asked to pay extra 1000 rupees despite confirm booking. Mmt response time makes it further pathetic. Had to pay 400 rupees extra to get the room. Highly recommend to de list such pathetic hotel from your platform, also for hotels i recommend to book through local agents and avoid mmt, very unprofessional behaviour.

Bed is dirty, bad smell in the room, no towel, no dust bin, geyser not working, weter is not going out in the pathroom when you taking path. Actually i paid 800 rs for a day (morning 7 to evening 7)

The first thing i noticed entering into the room was, there was water spilled everywhere. Asked the property people to clean it and they did reluctantly. Next i opened the washroom to have a look. The very moment i opened it, i have decided not to stay there and left the property. Didn’t even bother to cancel it as it was non refundable from your side. I would rate the hygiene and cleanliness as zero or even negative. I would have vomited looking at it. High time you guys don’t list such properties!

Every-time when i checkin to booked hotel, there are saying booked room is allocated to someone you need pay extra for other room. This is the second time i'm facing this issues. Also hotel management always says we are not having tieup with makemytrip and you call directly to makemytripmakemytrip like that they are saying.

Totally foolishness to booking this hotel. They did not provided room for me. They are eagerly giving rooms for local unmarried couples. Please remove this hotel from your list

The hotel didn't provide the room i booked and made me pay extra 3000rs for the room during check in.

Room was very dust, water leaks from roof and soap & towel not provided.

Stay at hotel was horrible as they have charged extra rs. 800 and room was unhygienic and a/c was not working

Initially i booked one hotel. When i went there, they asked me to go to another hotel.
