Very terrible there was no light in the washroom toilet flush not working they charged extra 2500- for checkin, for that no receipt and invoice given

You do need to pay extra money 700 after reaching the hotel not matter even if you have paid all the amount in advance.

first of all they said mmt transfer your booking on oye so you have to pay Rs.300 more which I have paid them after that room was not clean tv was not working washroom flash not working 🪣 not available water stucked in washroom

Your property was not reachable, contact number was not working, given numbers were replying that, you don't have booking from this number, so and so. I was searching that hotel more then 1 hours, with my all bag packs. It was very bed experience. Then i have booked other hotel. Please return my money as soon as possible.

I reached hotel at 1:00 am in the night and the hotel manager denied my entry. I showed him the booking but he said hell.Since it was very late in the night, I had my family with me so I had no where to go.I called at the helpline mentioned in the booking it got connected to OYO. The couldn't help anything.I begged the hotel manager to let me stay, he said that I have to pay 1000 in advance as the hotel rent.I paid the amount and I got a very dirty room that was badly stinking.We did not sleep at all.I paid twice.

The hotel didn't allow me to check in and asked a further payment of inr 800 despite me paying the full amount through mmt. Had a terrible experience

When i booked le mount rent was paid in advance however when i reached their they asked to pay more amount. I had to wait for more than 60 min for getting another property but that property was also not upto the mark.

Comfortable stay there staff amazing, receptionistr are very-friendly

We needed a place to crash before our flight and this was value for money. Comfortable bed, decent washrooms, and a working ac. Checks all the boxes for a short stay. Plus, it's very close to the airport.

I am a hotel owner I visited this hotel on 3.12.2018. I book this hotel through MakeMyTrip. Thanks MakeMyTrip to solve all issues. Make solve my issues. When I reached hotel, hotel manger said that this booking is not confirmed from our side. We are not given room, I booked two rooms for one night but hotel manager said that she is not accepting prepay booking. We paid only one room rate and booked two room. This is not possible. I was not allowed to check-in. I reached hotel at 9 PM. I waited for check in for 1 hour. MakeMyTrip solve all my issues. Dinner is so much costly. Please as a hotel owner my experience is not good.

Hotel room is worth the price, even a surprised one. But hotel captain behavior was not good. It unnecessarily restricted outsiders to visit the checked in guest room.

Room is very cheap. Not clean bedsheets no room is also third class.
Very third class room on 6th floor. Very bad smell in the room and look like very cheap room like any driver room. Not clean bed sheets and cushions.

Everything was good except the reception staff. I experienced little rudeness.

The bed was dirty and there were cigarettes lying on the floor which implies lack of proper cleaning. There were no soap provided and only one chair. The charging point was hidden behind the bed. Not satisfactory compared to its rating.

Best budget and good value for money hotel at Delhi airports.
