we experience cheating yesterday.. we dont get the room that we selected and paid... and i make sure that i won't use make my trip again.. we are calling the customer service and none of them behave well.. and none of them respond well.

Not much space for parking, no lift, room was neat and clean, staff was friendly, is cheap good for family

Worst service provided by them. Their approch against customer is too bad
Its like a abandoned place. And manager is little rude.

A nightmare
AC didn't work, water was not there, bedsheets were all stained, bathrooms were dirty. it was literally a nightmare. did not expect this from OYO.

No a good property
Rooms wasn't clean also looby was full of wastes bathroom not clean, we vacated the room by evening because the bathrooms are no clean and room

Worst stay
Never stay in this hotel at calicut, pathetic management, poor quality, they don't even clean mattresses and washrooms.

Terrible
The cleanness of the room, bed. They told it is new but seems to be dirty. There was nail came out in one side of the bed. Even there is old soap in bathroom. Wardrobe malfunction. Totaly not satisfied. They would have take care of hygiene little more especially during this pandemic.

Value for money, great Location andgreat cottage
Very good cottage and great location, beach is just walking distance from cottage. Amazing view, full greenery. Very calm and relaxing environmental. Great place for family outings and bonding, value for money

Had good expectations being beach & kokan savvy but Casa the kihim didn't met to my expectations, need to improve more in service hospitalizations. Wooden house was the usp. But would recommend to stay only in rainy & cool season.
