I didn't got a stay at that hotel because hotel staff didn't picked up my call and there was no such hotel at the given location. it's a fraud and in an ideal scenario my amount should be refunded. I even tried to reach out to MMT customer care but they also didn't helped me by saying that there is no booking on my name that too when it was a prepaid booking.
