Poor hotel
Poor rest room maintenance, no safety, its hospital attached hotel, the receptionist is not groomed well. Simply waste of money. I have paid for breakfast through company but they did not provide.

Useless hotel with no facilities and unfriendly staff
familyThis hotel is located above a supermarket and behind a dental clinic. There are no lifts in the hotel and there are no hotel staff who can help you out. So if they give you a room in 2nd floor, you will have to carry your luggage yourself. The hotel staff is not ready to help at all. Second, don't be fooled by the washroom pictures given here. They have absolutely pathetic washroom with below manageable water pressure. The hotel is full of mosquitoes and you will suffer throughout the night.

No hotel maintenance, AC not working, rooms not clean, worst service, no complementary like tooth kits , water etc.

Good hotel and it was newly built
coupleOne of the good hotel so far I stayed in Madurai. Located just 30 minutes from Matuthavani and 10 minutes from Madurai jan, this property is recommended for best stays.
