Mattress wasn't good in any room. Changed twice but staff was cooperating at least. Food service was too slow which ruined my schedule. Overall it is okay if traveling with friends for leisure time otherwise not nor is value for money found it bit overpriced

Very bad experience at the time of check in there was sardarji at reception he was very rude with my girlfriend and the he gave me room key but room was in very bad condition and bed sheet dube both was used than i tell him to change. He changed all that but it was all wet he sad that loundry just come that’s way it’s all wet. Please never stay in that hotel

Why you should go here: 1. Convenient location in sundar bihar/paschim vihar. 2. Breakfast is good so was noodles. We were provided 25% off on all food. 3. Safe place and courteous staff. Why you might not consider. 1. There was a function and it was loud till midnight. 2. Dinner was okay and taste was good but lots of oil in 'soya-chaap. 3. We were provided gulabjamun with our dinner which had lots of small flies in it. I don't appreciated being provided with unhygienic and stale food.
