Poor standard , no cleanliness, no elevator, bad quality of linens. Will not recommend

Maintaining good ambience in very low budget, Location and facilities was awesome where I could buy all things(tea powder, chocolates and food) at one place.

Hotel located in centre place of Munnar. Service is OK. But parking facility is not available

The rooms are very dirty and dingy. I would not recommend it to anybody. The walls had seepage as well.

Not suitable for family stay very worst experience ever seen in this hotel manager or owner He very roughly behaves for car parking and very small rooms and bathroom, Only one bed is there and it is not cleaned. So not recommended for any family and ladies.. Only Just stay and no balcony views.

Location is very super. heart of the city. Rooms are very good. But maintenance is very poor. We stayed there 3 days but nobody came to clean the room. Not even a single day. No one came for room service.

Just two minutes walking distance from Bus Stand. Location was in the Centre of main place. Good hotels were available nearby. Property was well maintained, staff cortesious and helpful

Very worst there is no facility, bad room condition,no hot water, bathrooms are worst , in pictures they are showing good but after check-in it’s a worst hospitality, blankets are not changed smell is very bad, some water coming in walls this not recommended 100% customer loss there money

Small room but neat. It is mentioned that air conditioning is available.. but it is wrong. No AC. Compared to the amenities and facilities, price is high.

Though the room was small, it was adequate. Room was clean. Service was good. Overall pleasant stay!

Room not satisfied

There is no parking facility. The hotel is situated on the road side, vehicles cannot be parked there even for dropping passengers. The rooms were not arranged properly when we reached.

I found the hotel on MakeMyTrip and I had a good experience in that stay. What made me so comfortable was the cleanliness of the toilet and room. Another thing that made me feel good was the non disturbing behaviour of the staff (Some hotel staff disturb us through unnecessary wake up calls and ask about our food needs. There is no such disturbance).

Not at all what I expected

Average room, old building but maintaining clean and neatly, no parking area, location is in main town, near lot of shops and restaurants, budget friendly, allover not bad
