Average stay , hotel was very old

The place at which this stay is good mountain and mid of the plantation , but food is not that great. Who can compromise on food but want good view can come here , but hospitality was good

The room was neat and clean and had an amazing tea plantations view through a huge window right beside our bed. It was amazing to wake up to the view. The room also had a balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Aravind. The property was away from hustle bustle and we had some peaceful time walking around the tea plantations.

location is beautiful. in the midst of tea garden. fantastic view from window. However, food was limited. only North Indian food available. my room was never cleaned even once during the day. The dishes were also not cleared unless I called them to do so. I was ok with the food option, I skipped lunch and survived on breakfast and early dinner but others may not like it.

Beautiful location with tea plantation view. Very clean and sophisticated looking rooms at a reasonable rate. Food is great and the staff helped to arrange a romantic dinner date for me and my husband. Very cooperative :)

An average stay in an extraordinary tea plantation location ( staff behaviour was very very polite and helpful, especially aravind ). Low quality beds, neatness not up to the mark ( bedsheets and pillow covers. Food taste was very bad, even breakfast, you only get one choice maximum dosa and poori and nothing else. It’s useful l for short stay like 2 day or 3 days but not useful l for longstay. Price for this resort is not justified.

Very good. Staffs are very good in behaviour. Rooms are clean. Foods are tasty. They arrange car for tourists. Within the tea garden. You can enjoy nature

Visited second time, this is one of my favorite stays in munnar because of the service, food, plantation rooms and the best rooftop sitting arrangement. Veg food is really good. The staff is very helpful, humble and smiling always. Very comfortable stay.
