Negative approach from one of the staff

Worth the money! The property had a peaceful environment, a comfortable bed, and all basic amenities were well-maintained. A pleasant and relaxing stay overall

The day at Mountain View cottage was good it was located in a scenic view near to mankulam village, highly recommended only to go by own vehicle bus and train availability will not be there and very low at airtel network.

Good Experience and very neat and clean totally good

They don’t have food. The nearest place where you can get food is either misty mountains resort which is located right next to the prior the Munnar town which is 36 kms away. Also, the amenities are extremely limited to just WiFi and one complementary bottle of water in the room. No toiletries or towels etc given by the cottage people. Overall an extremely bad experience only stay here if you have ran out of options.

Very worst experience this mountain view cottage location is different in this location was near by munnar once you book management send the location is different very long in munnar to hotel 38km. Hotel location route is very dangerous and very difficult to drive car or bike please not book hotel. Once you be aware the hotel and book. Not go with family is not safety for your family. Very very worst experience i gain this hotel.

Room was big and nice. Neat and clean. Far away from the crowd of munnar. I didn't see nothing wrong. Staffs are very supportive.

Stay was gteat. Two thumbs-up for accommodation, cleanliness, service, direction, and people. Team was on their toes to helps for whatever we needed.

The fan regulator was not working properly and the speed of the fan is terrible slow tv unit was not working bathroom door was completely broken unable to close it

The rooms are not clean at all. Bathrooms are so smelly that we had to check out the next day even after having a reservation for 2 days. Also, the hotel is very dark away

Good and comfortable stay for families and friends, good service. 8km from aanakulam, hence those whi stay here can visit anakulam during evenings. Also, less crowded and peaceful area compared to munnar

Good place. Care taker was very helpful and on time service ensured till we vacate. My children got good ground for football and overall nice experience.

The porperty was good just few pointers: - too far from city - no in house restaurant (not even tea of maggie) and all other restaurant were too far off _ rooms were clean but fan regulator was not working which caused problems
