It was amazing stay had good stay room was clean. food was tasty. it is great for only ladies traveller

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. Basic inclusive items were not provided, and I had to call and request them repeatedly, which was inconvenient. Additionally, staff interactions felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, which affected the overall experience.

Rooms are very small, service is terrible, bathroom fittings were broken. Breakfast was not upto mark.

I didn't get the hot water in the shower as i have been told they use the solar heater apart from that the staff was not really welcoming. I booked a room of twin sharing but what i have allotted was a king size bed room.

The checkout time written on the app is different than the hotel timings, hotel says its 10 am and app says 11 am, we were told to get out

Excellent place, very humble and courteous staff, they've well maintained the room, and attended all our requirements very well. Except food, as we were from south india, our taste buds are different. However, the best place for families to stay.

I have been to various kinds of hotels and in general the hotel staff’s behaviour was substandard. Various calls had to be made for petty things and service, specifically of manager was poor.

I was not satisfied with my stay at hotel mumbai house indore. I stayed there for three nights, expecting a good service and a tasty food. However, the hotel did not deliver on its promises. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and they used the diwali festival as an excuse for their poor performance. The food was bland and boring, and there was no breakfast buffet as promised. We had to order from a limited menu, and the food took forever to come. The only positive aspect of this hotel was the location, which was near the ch l hospital and some shopping malls. The parking area was also very crowded and narrow. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice and relaxing stay in indore.

Room had all the necessary amenities. Bathroom was clean. Located at perfect location with all the main attraction within close proximity. Food was perfectly cooked and was tasty. 4.5 star from me. Just a smile in the reception guy would have given that 0.5 too 😊

Average stay. Basic amenities were not working like refrigerator, water tap. Internet tv. Basic kitchenette was promised when booked none of are there except the bins.

The hotel is located at one of the most prime locations in indore, thus making every place of prominence easily accessible. Room quality and cleanliness was very good, ac was in perfect working condition, bathroom was also great with several amenities, staff was co-operative, food was nice too
