Good location, good behavior of staff, cleanliness of rooms was not good. Needs improvement in amenities like bedsheets, pillows

Rooms were extremely smelly. Had to pay extra to upgrade from a very smelly room to a less smelly room.

Location Ok, but amenities very horrible. Staff behaviour worst than worst. No water & don't even think of hot water. They don't provide soap & towel even. Dust horrible. Please don't book this hotel

Hotel is in very bad condition and main door lock was brokern toilet flush is not working bathroom was chook (was is stuck) staff behaviour is very rude and they over charged packed water bottel and food

The stay was not good and no complimentary breakfast was served on time recommended by my friend and the room was stinking and no parking space

Hotel is not good, not maintained. Needs to be cleaner. Flush was not working in one of the rooms. Also, we had booked for 3 guests but still we were refused and extra bed. After showing that we have booking for 3 guests an extra bed was given. Then also, we had to plead for a third pillow. The service is bad.

The staff's hospitality was upto the mark. The environment was also not conducive enough. Ac wasn't working well.

Room was good but they do no provide complimentary water bottle. Ask charges for extra mattress.

The hotel was good. But they gave our rooms just beside the open bar, so it was loud at night. There was also so much smell in our rooms of cigarettes and it was very uncomfortable for the kids

It was a terrible experience. Room was not clean and lift location is near to open men’s washroom. Hotel location is quite away from main city places.

I had booked two rooms. Both rooms were having dirty spots on walls. Tv was not functioning and the tv unit was terrible. And the most dangerous part of this hotel is the lift. The sensor of the lift is not working i got my hand stuck twice. Surely a bad experience.
