The property is old not much maintained every basic amenities you have to ask for like kettle brush kit. I would rate it as 2-3 star property food taste was below average.

Intercom was not working..multiple reminders were given for the same.Tea was cold. Rs 1500 charged for late checkout without provide the Bill.

Horrible experience, with the Species in the room and the toilet. Pathetic behavior of the reception staff member. For breakfast, nothing was available as they are showing a restaurant, but actually, they don't have one and are serving at the banquet area.

IT was one of the most terrible hotel stay ever. Rooms and Linens were very dirty, unhygienic and foul smelling. Staff is non cooperative and unhelpful. Food is very bad and unhygienic. I am a diabetic patient but Even after my several reminders they will shamelessly serve you tea with sugar. Management is unapproachable and non responsive. Inhospitable hotel to stay. I will never recommend any one to stay in this hotel

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me, don't go with this hotel madhuban

Food hygiene and quality need to be attended immediately. Insect was there on served rice, cauliflower served were not at all fresh. Cottage cheese served was chewy and old preserved.
