Rude staff. Unhygienic condition. The receptionist treated us like we were staying for free. Never go here.

The worst part of the hospitality and no cleaning the rooms and clothes also no wash .... no water provided and no cleaning in washroom. People are asking the tips every moment

The room was clean and hygienic. Well maintained. Looks like a newly constructed place. Staff behaviour is also good. The washroom is very small...but well maintained. AC & Geyser function well. Can definitely prefer to stay here if short on budget

The location is too bad. It is not advisable for family. The rooms are not same as shown on MakeMyTrip. The bathroom is good but too small. The staff is good, but sometimes they will not answer on call. They tool extra money for just a extra one hour of early check-in. Bedsheets was not cleaned.

we had booked a family room. But they have some other 2 bad rooms which were not at all in good condition. Staff asked for an extra price for one extra person. We have to stay in those worst rooms. They charged for parking and water bottles.

All the services are available on call. Property's location is in Katha bazar near Masjid railway station. The location is congested however approachable. AC rooms with attached bathroom. No in house kitchen. However food is available on phone call or can be ordered through food delivery apps.

Hotel jupiter is good... Neat and clean and staff is also cooperative.. Location is nice nearby manish market and restaurants.. Hotel jupiter residency is quite good to stay. Room are very good neat and clean and washroom small and clean. I liked to stay at jupiter because of good market at walking distance good restaurants nearby we can find.... Masjid railway station is just at walking distance.. I liked the hotel...
