NEAT AND CLEAN ROOMS ROOM SERVICE IS EXCELLENT STAFF IS VERY POLITE AND HUMBLE WASHROOM IS ALSO CLEAN AND TIDY

I had booked this hotel for one night, choosing their most expensive room — a suite — with breakfast included, through MMT. According to the details clearly mentioned on MMT, I was supposed to receive drinking water, room service, and breakfast. However, upon arrival, the staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. They neither spoke courteously nor offered any proper assistance. To make matters worse, they even charged me for drinking water, which was supposed to be complimentary. For me, this hotel deserves a zero rating — the most pathetic experience I have ever had.

They don’t provide water. They don’t provide buffet for complimentary breakfast. Very limited options.

No proper facility, it was worse experience no bathing soap cleaning hygenie. No proper space and hardly just bed.

The hotel room was average and service too. Location is not good cleanliness is very average.

It is right on highway. Convinient to access auto taxi metro and railway station. Hotel food is ok and not great. Small cockroaches on room. The thing which i didn't like is they charge for bisleri water. No complementary water they provide

The room doesn’t look at all like the pictures. The room size is way smaller than the picture suggested. Additionally, the layout is different, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. The furnishings and decor also appear more worn out in person, lacking the modern and clean look shown in the photos. Overall, the actual experience is quite disappointing compared to what was advertised.

Room size is too small for 3 people and also washroom size. Ac was broken, tv was not working properly
