Review Of Hotel Jagjeet

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from welcoming. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, and his behavior only worsened during our stay. He and his team showed no sense of hospitality or respect toward guests. The room we were given was in poor condition – it felt damp and had a musty smell, making it quite uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent. We were counting on it for basic communication, but it barely worked throughout our stay. We have booked a Maharaja suite, I am not sure if the Maharaja suite is like that, What about the other rooms. The worst part was how we were treated over a small stain on the bed. Instead of handling the situation with any kind of professionalism, and created an unnecessary scene. Their attitude was completely unacceptable, and they spoke to us with shocking disrespect. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The management clearly lacks basic customer service skills, and the facilities do not match the standards they advertise. Stay away if you want a peaceful and respectful environment.

Overall good property as location of hotel is very close to Mirik lake .. staffs are very welcoming

Firstly they were not able to find the booking, then the rooms were smelly, dams were all over the wall, the table was broken, half of the electric sockets were not working. The telephone in the room was not working for which we had to go to reception twice but were least interested to show service,third time I had to ask for an assistant from another staff member who helped ultimately without which we couldn't order food. The reception person is horrible.

Good for everything

for the price I would say its what you would expect. the plus point is definitely the staff. quite helpful and accomodating. food quality ia definitely good. a 450/- thali can properly feed a single person or 2 if their appetite isn't much. breakfast included is good homely. the only issue would be the rooms. for the same price a homestay would give better rooms (possibly mold on headboard was present and the room triggered my claustrophobia. lack of ventilation. we were in 210. cigarette holes were on the inner side of the blankets and the bed sheets had some black stains.) the location is close to bokhar choeling, mirik lake and krishnanagar cab stand. all walking distance. good choice for a stopover.

Jagjeet is clean hotel, it is on the road, 2 min from lake but no view of lake from this hotel, food was great, service was very good, every staff was helpful, all the amenities was there but the room was shaggy and bathroom tap was tight to easy use, otherwise it was a good experience.

it was a pleasant stay at Jagjeet hotel and the location of this hotel is perfect. it's nearby mirik lake and situated @ main road. everything was perfect there.

Given the stay and fooding cost I found it overpriced. What was quite disturbing to find that the actual accommodation cost at the hotel was quite low than the charges taken through the app booking. Our Comfort Room accommodation was allocated at the basement hence given the cold it was not very comfortable which lead to extra charge for the room heaters. We were lucky it was a one day stay for us.

Good room with all basic amenities, but no great view as we were on 1st floor. Restaurant is very good and food is delicious, bar is well stocked. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Close to lake and monastery. Definitely coming back here if visiting mirik

Location is good. Restaurant is good. Room services is not up to the mark. The room facilities is not money worthy.

Very nice and we'll behavior staff, only problem is bed it is not comfortable. If you have any back problem the spring mattress will increase it. More over in double bed they have inserted two single mattress. Which create very uncomfortable sleep for the person sleeping in the middle.
