Restaurant food is good, and hygiene is maintained. The hotel room is also good. Amenities are also nice but can be better.

Good Staff. Clean Rooms. Courteous greeting at the gate . Front Desk was also very helpful.

Room size is very small as compared to rates that Hotel Imperial is charging. Food is good and service is also done nicely for items ordered in room. Breakfast should be served in same hotel premise only. Now guests have to go to Imperial grand for having breakfast. Breakfast food quality and service should be better. Lot of guests are complaining for quality of food given in breakfast.

Worst hotel ever, they charge like a 5 star hotel and inside hotel and room as well as service is worst than 3rd class. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, you will feel 3rd class treatment. Don't go by the photo which they posted it's all just not there at all. Worst experience. I have checked out from this hotel much before time as you do not feel like spent not even single more minutes at his premises.

Had a very good stay in hotel imperial. Location is just 2 kms away from mahakaleshwar temple and nearby shopping areas like freeganj and sati gate. Breakfast was decent with limited options. Staff were very co-operative. Overall a decent stay for the price you pay!

It was amazing food ambience and rooms including the services really enjoyed my whole stay. Expecting such service in a tier 3 city was really worth it

To Property restaurant food i will give 10/10, it was really delicious and i will remember this forever and just for food only i would love to prefer this hotel again .. and refer to my friends too… but ya washroom had leakage problem which was little disturbing but as we stayed for a night only so it didn’t create that much nuisance in my stay.. one night we managed somehow.

The stay was good, the staff was cooperative professional, The washroom was not up to the mark, needed improvement, room was good, Bed made cleanly with fresh linen

Basic amenities were there but overall cleanliness was an issue. They could not provide electric kettle for over 10 hours when the thing was it was needed on emergency basis. When asked for sugarfree the response was we don’t have it. My mom is a diabetic and she had to make do with sugar sweetened tea. Room was spacious but they should be work on the overall hygiene and cleanliness. 8k for a day is not a meagre amount afterall.
