cockroaches where every where in the room on the bed even .room was terrible unhygienic and smell very bad . bed sheet pillow cover was not clean over all it is not just a bad experience but waste of money also. kitchen was in bad condition. hotel must upgrade it self not recommended if looking for peaceful stay. better options are available at a very good price

Stay was average. Hot water was not available. We have faced cleanliness related issues. We haven't tried food at the restaurant. The location is very good. You can approach the nearest restaurant very easily.

Excellent Stay
Exceptional Service and Hospitality in Ujjain! I recently stayed at Hotel Bhagwati Park by Martond Hotels in central Ujjain, and I can confidently say it’s a great property with even greater people. The staff is incredibly helpful and polite—truly committed to guest comfort. One standout moment: I called reception at around 1:30 AM because the TV stopped working, and they arrived within seconds to fix it! That level of responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. Another thoughtful gesture happened when I reached the hotel late in the evening. The staff proactively called me to let me know the kitchen’s last order time was 10:30 PM. They even offered to stay open and prepare dinner just for me—it made me feel genuinely cared for. Although early check-in wasn’t available, the excellent service more than made up for it. Every staff member went the extra mile to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Truly worth the money—highly recommend Hotel Bhagwati Park for anyone visiting Ujjain in search of a pleasant and welcoming experience!

very dirty bathroom....poor cleaning....complementary breakfast was for also bad . .less menu option

Poor Stay
Service not good and as per rooms quality and services charges higher range, we had many times call to providing service but these employee doesn't not response properly there is no towels available telephone service also not available. Many times could have call to available breakfast.

Good Stay
Everything was truly good at hotel. Service was excellent. Food of restaurant was average but not poor. The only disappointment was cleanliness of washrooms. If they improve it would be a very very comfortable stay n would love to stay again there

Stay was comfortable and hoteliers were very accommodating and comforting. Food was good. They also provided little early checkin.

Hotels condition is average also not provided sufficient drinking water as well as towels. Also wait for check in they charged for early check in so they have empty rooms but want extra charge for same to us.

Average Stay
Hotel is located at good location just 10 minutes drjve from mahakaleshwar temple. Staff and service is good but hotel rooms and toiket needs more attention from cleaning point of view. Walls of the rooms have coffee and tea marks at some places and need to be renovated.

Hotel rooms not so clean. Chairs and tables are very old. Tv only free channels. Not as per the cost.

Very good hotel to stay we enjoyed very much here room but the only con is that it's very far from old ujjain

Terrible Stay
Room had a smell, dim lighting, washroom was less clean, sink was broken, when they cleaned washroom water was coming out of the washroom and entering the room. Not a good experience
