Firstly I saw the hotel photos and rooms online. But all were fake photos and room sizes was also too small.Lobby at floor level doesn’t exist. Secondly, flush was too slow and when asked for room change, I noticed for other 2 rooms too flush condition was same.

Hotel Suryoday has met most of our expectations with clean rooms, on call services, good but limited food and hospitality with a smile. They allowed us to check in quite in advance and also helped us with local information. The hotel is located on a main road in a residential colony away from the usual noise. I recently stayed at Hotel Suryodaya in Ujjain, and unfortunately, my experience was very poor. While the location is okay, the property is extremely small and hidden, making it quite difficult to find. Upon check-in, the first room provided was completely unhygienic — dirty bedsheets, stained pillow covers, and an overall lack of cleanliness. After repeatedly requesting, we were finally shifted to another room, but even that room had dirty linens and a filthy bathroom. All the taps were rusted, the tap filters were broken, and there was a strong foul smell in the washroom area. The hotel clearly lacks basic maintenance and hygiene standards. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Stay there for two nights with my family but i feel that it money wastage

Services and bedding is very poor quality, washrooms accessories are in very poor condition, have booked this for two nights but it’s totally wastage of my money
