It was good experience, The room was neat and clean. The hotel is newly built so it gives fresh feeling. Food is also good.

service was good as well as ambiance
The food of the restaurant was delicious and behaviours of the staff are so much excellent. The management did imposible thing for me that is book my family slot for bhasma aarti at mahakal temple free of cost at the same days . Thanks for make my trip happy

Comfortable sta
Hotel is located at good location away from croud. Around 3 km away from mahakal temple. Parking facility is there. Also, in room dining is available. Food is very good. Staff is very good and courteous. Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay. Recommend.

Poor Stay
My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The service was not up to the mark, and there was a lot of confusion regarding pricing. At night, the staff quoted one price, but by morning, they changed it without any explanation. This lack of transparency was frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here due to the inconsistent service and poor management.

Need Improvement
The area and location is very good. Easy to reach to hotel without hesitation. But, This is a newly constructed hotel so rooms are not that clean, it should be cleaned on the floor. There is no chair to stool to sit in my family suite room, so I asked the reception desk to put 1 chair. It should be placed before my check in. There are no hangers in the cupboard. The dental kit was provided after my request. No Shampoo, No Body wash,No comb, No hair oil Nothing is provided. so as per my suggestion, the hotel will focus on that particular area just because of the price comparison with others. with this visit i feel it's not worthy for me.

Not good experience
Poor experience. They dont have restraunt inside. No cutleries available. High Charges for a tea brought from outside with some powdered milk. No proper response. Would not recommend family stay.

Poor Stay
the accommodation seems more of oyo room category for 5-6 hrs stay. i don’t think they know what is hospitality. we have to ask for soap, water, towels, extra blankets, water kettle. it’s mentioned that toiletries would be there, it’s also mentioned 24hr kitchen, they don’t even have any kitchen. we have to request again and again for room cleaning. bathroom drainage was clogged. their staff brings tea in plastic polythene bags.

Great service and amenities. Parking facility was so good!
Very good property and clean and hygienic. Parking facility which was provided to us was top notch and rooms were clean and new.
