FabHotel Raghumani Palace (Near Mahakal Mandir)

it doesn't deserve a three star. except for the location being near to the Mahakal temple, it has nothing to look forward to. the hospitality of the staff is horrible. to enumerate a few instances - telephone not working, hence for room service you have to go to the reception to tell. bathroom has facility for hot and cold water, but there's no hot water and if you ask for it, they say "nahi hai. aapko bada room diya hai" it seems that booking a double bed room is a privilege given by them to the clients. only one water bottle is given for the whole day as compared to two that should be given. glasses were dirty. everything has to be asked for, and when asked, the hotel ppl say it's not available or not possible. definitely not going back again for a stay. a stay in a dharamshala is much better than this

Good stay, clean rooms and most importantly very close the main temple. There very good food joints near by to explore as well. Plus they can arrange a cab for visit to omkareshwar temple.

Well stay, very much supporting staff. Amazing food. Nice location as near to temple. The view from hotel of temple is good.

Great Property Next to Mahakal Mandir. They have their own restaurant with good food options. They have an elevator facility which gives you family relief. Also they have a great view of the Mahakal Mandir from the Rooms.

Room was very dirty so was bathroom and full of cockroaches. No facility in hotel. They don’t have towels, room service. Good quality is poor. Overall try to avoid this hotel

Very near to mahakaal temple. Cost was high if talk about rooms. Same type of rooms can get in 1500-

All staff were well mannered and there was no any issue. Enjoyed my stay and will recommend to family

No hot water on day one. its a dingy place. only photos looks good. bath rooms are soo congested that you cant even sit on comode properly

Smelly Room and leaking bathroom. not at all worth the money. They are just using fbb brand tieup to get booking and it's not at all standard to fab other hotels . we had senior citizens requested for a late check-out or use of washroom. for which we are told pay 2000 for 3-4 hrs or use genral smelly toilet pathetic condition hotel is very close to gate 1

Smelly room and washroom. And one can find many cockroaches also. But it was extremely close to the temple gate and staff was also cooperative.

Decent hotel to check in while visiting mahakaleshwar jyotirling. Has a mess downstairs, walkable distance from gatw 1 of temple.

As compared to hotel room price, room were very small l and I have not even stayed in night because of Darshan at mahakal. even though I have asked during check out if we can stay for 1-2 hours more because of our train delay.but we were told to check out.

Location is good. Room size is also good. Washrooms are very small. Hotel is near to mahakaleshwar temple.

3 bed a/c room but a Sofa was given instead of a single bed. Restaurant in the ground floor has exorbitant prices , for 3 simple meals. Property is located very near to the Mahakaleshwar temple, but not accessible to autos due to ongoing road work. Room rent is on the higher side. Better to book a lodge after reaching Ujjain than relying which puts a hole in your pocket.
